I need really need help on this one guys. I purchased a Sony SCSI Spressa CDR and now the eject button won't eject the caddy. I got this for christmas last year. I called the Sony CSR and they required that I have a copy of the warranty card. I have the original receipt, but they still insist on the copy of a warranty card. If anyone who has a Sony CDR/W drive, please send me a copy and tell me the color of the card.
