So i buy this Rio volt a few weeks ago. One day, I try to play a CD and I get a no disk error. So i try another, and another, and another. So i call them and get RMA, mail it off, etc.

I come home today to find a nice white package from FedEX from Sonicblue, so my day gets good. I was happy it was back.

So I proceed to open the package and find a rio wrapped up. But I turn it over and notice the same serial number mine had. "Oh, they fixed it i think." I open it, pull out the white paper they put in and proceed to put in a CD. Now, I get the same motherfriggin error.

I sent this off to have it fixed and BAM, i get the same friggin one i sent off!!!!!

WTF is the Deal here!?!?!?!?! :|:|:|:|:|

me= very angry SOnicblue customer.
