I don't think I've ever bought the same toothpaste twice. I don't even know what I'm using now. Whatever has the most "whitening" and "tartar control" and "baking soda" and "peroxide" labels on it and isn't $10 is what I buy.

Funny, someone just gave me a almost new tube of Aquafresh Extreme Clean because they didn't like it. Said it tasted to 'mediciny'. Not too bad I think. Something different.

a friend of mine was using baking soda toothpaste and his toothbrush got damaged. he called up sonicare and they told him it was something they were just finding out about. they sent him a replacement.

That's good to know. So far, I've used this toothpaste with my Sonicare for 3 months with no problems.

So, guess that means you all like the Sonicare? I have been meaning to buy one, my dentist recommended it me a couple of years back. Maybe Costco has one on sale.

My dentist recommended Sonicare today, I think he's pimpin for them though because there were several in the office. Anyone know how it compares to the Oral-B? I've been using that for the past several years and thought it was pretty good.

Does anyone else forget to turn it off before pulling it out of your mouth? I do it once in a while and I spray crap all over myself, the mirror, the sink and the walls.

yeah i did that the first time i used it. it's like this explosion of toothpaste, and you're all bumbling around trying to turn the thing off.

"crest multicare whitening" (the most expensive kind)
yeah, all toothpaste is the same, but I'm a sucker for marketing

well, no I should say one thing, it does make my teeth whiter than the cheaper crest stuff. people actually comment about my white teeth when I use the above. only problem is it's like $6/tube so not sure if it's worth it

Same here. Took me a while to get use to the funky almost orange flavor, but definitly works well

EDIT* I have also been, from time to time, known to forget to turn off the thing before I pull it out. Needless to say my wife is not very pleased when that funky orange foam is splattered across the bathroom mirror

Funny, my dental hygenist kinda groaned when I told her about my sonicare, saying 'they're alright'. They probably think I only go for a cleaning once a year because I have the sonicare.
