440 calories in the sonic dog. I had 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast, a diet coke, and will have a salad for supper. If my daily caloric intake should be around 2k calories, I'll be fine.

The sodium is killer for sure, but every once in awhile wont kill ya.

I wussed out and had a chicago dog combo with diet coke and tots. The guy I went there with got a number 2(sonic cheeseburger) with large diet dr pepper and large tots and a chili cheese coney as well.

He's diabetic and pumped half an pen worth of insulin in his gut. Sucks he's skinny also.
