? It was a single that was popular when it came out... they even used it in an episode in the 4th season of Alias a couple of years ago ("Ice" - the one where Vaughn goes undercover as a priest, its playing in the background when he meets a woman at a bar http://www.televisionwithoutpity.com/articles/content/a192/index-7.html ).

a lot of Radiohead stuff and anything Sigur Ros does. their stuff is just plain beautiful. there's a lot more 'cause i'm a music fanatic, but this is all i can think of off the top of my head. oh yeah, there's classical stuff like "Valero" and "Claire de Lune."
 
The song that immediately comes to my mind is Tool - Aenima. There are plenty other songs that "move" me, but songs that actually give me chills are few and far between. So much so that I can't seem to remember any of them! 😀
