Being a huge Joe Satriani fan, I'd have to say Summer Song always gets me fired up.

Cliffs of Dover is also a awesome song, which I can play myself pretty good. (the guitar I mean. hehe)
 
Right now With Or Without You by U2 is playing, and it's definitely not a cheering up song. I dunno, a lot of times I'd rather listen to songs that go with a sad mood because then it feels better in a bizarre way.
