Just wondering if the Antec Smartpower 450watt PS that comes with the Sonata II is enough for the following system:

Asus a8nSLI-premium
AMD 4400+ x2
6800gs video card
2GB (2x1gb) OCZ PC3200 Platinum memory
WD raptor SATA
WD 320gb SATA
two 120mm fans
one DVD burner
one floppy

Also, how quiet is this PS? I was initially looking to get an Antec Truepower-II 550W PS. How do the two compare?
