Somewhat of a quick personal or something

My friend sits down with me at a table in the commons. We were just talking about the usual stuff that guys talk about. He brings up that in one of his classes that the foreign or Bosnians are making fun or him and a retard in the class. When they are making fun of him and the retard they speak in their own language. He told the Bosnians to shut the fsck up and speak English. They told him that he was being racist by telling them to speak English. He told me that was completely dumb and made absolutely no sense. My friend said that he wasn?t being racist at all. Do you think what my friend said was racist?

A couple days ago we were sitting in the commons 3rd hour when we don?t have class. We were just talking and doing our homework. A group of individuals who think they are tuff and 'gangsters' drop a ball they were tossing around near our table. As my friend picks up the ball he says, "WTF is this here is your damn ball." Since, these 'gangster?s' need show they are tough around their friends they start cussing us out and the usually things you would you do entice someone into a fight. My friend tells one of them that he looks like enimen with braces. I don't think this is remotely intelligent when you just pissed of this group of people. He told me that he said that as a complement and there is nothing wrong with that. Do you think what my friend said was wrong?

Do I need to make this any clearer? I am having a agruement with one of my best friends. He recently has been showing me his bad or I've been starting to notice his quarks or problems. He is in some class (for confidential reasons) that has him in it, a retarded indiviual and some forgieners. They speak in their own language and make fun of him and the retard indiviual. When he told them to STFU and speak english. They said he was being racist. Do you think this is racist? Because I think that is racist, just trying to justify or build confedence in what I beileve. Now, my group of friend him include got into a fight or grudge with some of trouble-makers (druggies or gangsta as I would perfer to call them). He said one of the kids look liked eniemen with braces, now we dont want to get in any fight. He doesnt see how calling someone eniemen with braces is insulting at all. What do you think.
