Wow, just seeing that image makes me nervous, and I automatically cringed. I've done sheetrocking, plastering, and painting in the past (framing, HVAC, and batt insulation as well) and never done or seen anything quite so risky/stupid on any job or by any people I ever worked with/for. That's just asking for injury imho.

So they have some experience.

'Little Giant' ladder

I have one of those. I've wished I had bought the taller version. (mine goes to 17'...which was all I needed at the time)

Speaking of ladders got a good deal at HD for one the other day. Needed a 6 foot step ladder for working on the garage as the super tall one I have was too cumbersome to move around (very small in there) and I noticed it was dented but not enough to be dangerous. They let me have it for $50 instead of the regular $100.

Yeah they are great painting ladders. They are quite heavy though so women tend to not like them much.
