With a site like that? No, they dont. They set up an expensive system that allows editors and journalists to automatically update the page several dozen times each day. These systems automatically do things like find articles with videos attached and list them on the video section of the page.

Uh.... no... the webmaster & crew design the page and make sure that it correctly displays whatever its backend tells it to display. That module makes perfect sense to me. <shrug>
