I'll check that out. Thanks.
But, there were problems with NVidia's nforce2 drivers before and it said nothing on their site. I still think its better to use the ones on the Asus site.

ya ... you should use the drivers from Asus .... essaye les !!! j'ai essayé les pilotes venant du site de nVidia pis j'avais des probs de stabilité et de performance... ceux de Asus ne m'ont jamais donné de probs !!!

Bon, pour ton problème avec la nforce, je ne peux pas t'aider car j'en ai pas.
Mais pour DirectX 9, je peux dire que dans mon cas, il est plus lent que le 8.1 !

For your problem with the nforce, I can't really help you because I don't have one.
But, for DirectX, i can tell that in my case, DX8.1 is a little faster than dx9.

To close this subject...i did a restore system in win xp...so now im back with 8.1....I just hope that was my problem....now c&c seems to run fine

Bad bad microsoft and dx9 !
Though the system restore option fixed it ;)

Tout à fait contradictoire mais bon... au moins ça marche !
