something wrong w/my GTS o/c help!

This has happened to me sometimes when I o/c
When I use the coolbits to o/c my GTS there are times that it just keep on passing the test and went all the way over 400mhz ram which I WAS SUPER SHOCKED! And guess what I did of course benchmark it with q3 and immediately I start the benchmark it went super slow and returned me some super low # result the game or no stability problem just really really slow whats wrong? When I tune it back to the stock speed it went fine. Whats going on???

typical of what can happen when you push a card too far

just back off the speed a bit and you'll be fine

my max is about 375 to 380 is that normal? and it only gained about 8fps in q3 1024*768 32 HQ
