Something strange in WinME...

Yesterday i've noticed something "different" about the appearence on my WinME OS..anyway, for I don't know what reason, the colour of the icons got slightly changed, like yellow turned to red in some cases, and i don't know how to fix this.. I tried to reinstall the OS but nothing changed..anyone seen such a thing or knows how to solve this problem ? Thanx forwardly...
