something squeaking/grinding when running windows experience

New build... When running the experience factor thing in vista x64, at the very
beginning I hear what sounds like a car trying to start. It's weird. I think it
might be one of my sli cards or a hard drive.

I have only heard it running that windows experience. Bad gtx280?
