I still find it amusing that some people rely on Thesaurus's to come up with words for the resume...

But, now... those reading the resume need to rely on the thesaurus to decode the resume :) :p

He went too far in the Thesaurus and grabbed an antonym. Tell him his resume is very injudicious.

haha. that's great. you should reply back to them telling them the synonyms for "extenuate." that'll teach them to stop writing some "big word" that just sounds good but is really an awful choice.
