Just right-click over the toolbars, and deselect "lock the toolbars." This will allow you to move the toolbar in a position you like...

I like Dave's Quick Search Toolbar Taskbar better. It goes into your taskbar and lets you do everything from Google searches to M-W lookups to price comparisons instantly. Works like a charm!
