Something is wrong with my left forearm

I reached up to put on my seatbelt earlier today and I felt a sudden pain in my forearm. Now whenever I grip anything the pain flares up. Go to a doc, blah, blah, I know.

I wouldn't say go to a doc, I'd say switch hands or get a girlfriend.

Tendonitis?

That's my guess. I had a similar problem a few years ago, it took forever (like 6 months) to clear up. Rest is what tendonitis needs, but it's almost impossible to not use a limb.

I had tendinitis on my right wrist/arm. My entire forearm ached like hell for a few days.

Went to the doc, and he said it was just tendinitis. anti-inflammatories, rest, and some stretching along w/ a wrist brace, using the mouse w/ my left hand, and masturba...umm.

well, those did the trick. I still have it flare up now and then, but I know what to do when I even get a hint of it.

Best suggestion.
