the jawline looks maladjusted... mebbe the wrong size? cant quite place why it looks off... and a bit too heavy on the age lines. lighten up the cheek a bit IMO, those old photos always had some light spots where the highlights should be.

The hat and the hair look too disconnected. Alpha blend a bit between there.

The shopped in head needs to be slightly larger- compare height/size of head to original head. I'd go lighter on the scratches also, they're too regular and that makes it look like they're fake. Usually damage to papery stuff will be concentrated at corners and maybe there'll be a fold or two somewhere across the whole thing. Looks pretty good otherwise.
