Was going to pick up something up, but logged into my account and it seems like something is awry. I have no order history, my only payment method listed is an old card that I've certainly updated since. My shipping address on file is from my apartment 5 years ago, I have no order history from this year when I've certainly purchased things. My video library/digital library are empty even though I have titles in both. And it indicates I'm not a prime member. Honestly, it seems like a rollback to 5-6 years ago? Anyone else having issues?

Some reports of problems with the Amazon Cloud.

Best of luck,

Made a quick call to customer service, and it was simple, if not somewhat odd. Apparently you can have two accounts with the same username and a different password. I entered an old password and it logged into a separate, second account that I haven't used in years. I tried a second password (one I've used more recently) and it logged me into my normal account. Bizarre. I hadn't considered that I could have 2 accounts with the same login, and different passwords.

I had this happen a few years ago when I bought a Kindle and couldn't buy things for it. They transferred the Kindle to my main account and I set the password of the second account to a random string that I'd never remember.
