Something going on at Creative Labs??

I've noticed over the last week or so that most major distributors in Canada have take Creative Labs video cards out of their catalogues. Have any of you heard if there is some restructuring going on over there? Or are they giving up on video cards? Or do they just not like the cold weather up here?

I could be wrong here but I seem to recall reading something about creative getting out of videocards over at Hardocp a while back!
I'm sure someone will turn up soon who knows for sure.

I too have heard talk of Creative pulling the plug on making Video Cards... could be related I guess ?

yeah they are giving up on videocards again...heard it from a friend that works at futureshop who was told that they are no longer to place anymore orders for CL branded videocards. not surprising. look at the sheer number of companies out there Domestic and abroad that produce the same reference videocard and sell it under numerous names...i dont imagine sales to be exactly stellar

I would have thought they would do good because they are a very easy to find reference board.
