Someone you hate at work drops a $20 bill in the lunchroom

I was walking through the lunchroom at work today, and someone at work who I hate for many reasons is on his way out. He puts something in his pocket and when his hand comes out a $20 comes out and falls on the floor. No one is around in the lunchroom when it happens and the only person that saw it was me. What do you do?

My answer, give it back to him. I returned it a few minutes later. I just can't take from someone like that....even if he is a dork.

No question, give it back to him.
No offense, but you'd be the bigger dork keeping it. If you hate him, there's even elss reason to keep his money.

If I saw it then I would give it back. If the bill was just sitting there unattended, however, finders keepers.

If I saw a person drop it, even if I dont know who it was, then I give it back. Otherwise it looks like I am buying myself something today

You return it.
It's sad that people today even have to ask this question.

Because people yesterday were so righteous and moral.

I'd keep it.
That's because you are a petty little man with no redeeming qualities what so ever. No matter what I though to the person I'd return it to him.

No, but there was a greater emphasis on personal honesty when it came to keeping something that wasn't yours. Not that everyone would have returned it 50 or 100 years ago, but the idea of this thread is to ask if stealing is Ok.

Once as a stupid teenager I found a ladies wallet. Took the money and tossed the wallet in the trash. Felt guilty for years about it.

Later in college I found a ladies wallet. Dipshit buddies were like "keep the cash!" I refused, called the girl and it turned out she was in a wheelchair and I made her day, and I refuse a reward. Later that same year, I lost my wallet and had it returned to me, cash intact. He did accept the reward.

Seems like karma, probably just random life experiences.

Do what's right... sure you will, because we all know everybody's righteous and moral on the internet. If it's on the floor, it's finders keepers. I don't give a f if you're 2 feet away.

Ps. Karma, don't make me laugh bringing that shit up. There's no karma.
