Someone tried to take over my site, how do I prevent this?!

So I've been running Spoofee.com for a while now. Today I got an email saying someone is requesting to transfer the domain name Spoofee.com to another domain owner.

Once the ownership of Spoofee.com is transferred, I'm done with.

Is there a way to copyright my name or register as mine so someone cannot take over like this?

Contact your registrar and file a complaint, and get your domains locked. I foresee quite a bit of this kind of abuse forthcoming since the change of rules at ICANN.

I doubt whether anyone would want to hijack my domains - they're not that exciting - but went ahead and locked them anyway. I don't need some dimwit doing something stupid......
