THIS has very similar wings, but not that Jimmy Durante proboscis...unless it's actually the antennae.

Once someone figures out what it is I think they need to turn their detective work to figuring out what this is

It's a lacewing, a Brown Lacewing to be more specific. The "nose" isn't actually a nose and is its two antennae held closely together, which they sometimes do.
