I see your point, but OTOH, I care about my 15 some odd thousand dollar automobile and thus try to avoid doing things with it that would anger other people and cause them to want to damage it maliciously.
Not to mention, it's probably a $250 beater in his spot.

But you are correct--fuxing with his car is the Wrong Way to handle this situation. >>

actually its a rather new honda accord in very good shape...the manager is a lazy fvk that hasn't gotten around to putting up the signs the police deem neccessary for a tow, and all he wants to do is put notes on the offending cars telling them not to park in the tennants spaces...I told him that if he won't do his "job" in this instance that I will start blocking the cretins cars in and then leaving in my secondary car thus blocking the idiot in until my return...the lazy manager said I couldn't do that, I said watch me

Hmmm...I'm not one to make a big deal out of it unless I'm left with no alternative but to do so. If I lived in a suburb and could park in a dozen other spots, then I'd just let it go...but if I lived in the middle of San Francisco where parking is impossible, then I'd make *quite* the ruckus

Do that, and he knows where you live, the car you drive and your plate number. I would not be comfortable doing that.

If you block him, and he gets there before u do, the first thing hes gonna do is have ur car tow'd so ur in trouble then. So mite as well just vandelize his car and park elsewhere...mite was well get some sidewalk chalk and write ur name on the parking spot...and draw a smiley face while ur at it.

Just park elsewhere and leave a note telling the guy not to park there again. Tell him that you have his plate number, and if he parks there again, that you will report him to the manager and get the authority to have his car towed.
