Hmm... this happened to a guy I know a few years back. Only his mechanic left the car unlocked with the keys sitting on the passenger seat

I can put up a sign in my yard that says "Not responsible for death or maiming.", but that doesn't give me the right to shoot the mailman.

Was it stolen or Reposesed? I know it is a good spot for them to go and nap a car at the shop when they need to do a repo then to do it at a persons house for it causes less trouble fro them in nabbing it.
