I have the same name as a famous Australian football player. As of right now I am in the process of redoing my entire website so my Wordpress install is totally stock but functional. Some lady posted this on the blog:
Now, should I just email her back and say sorry you are crap outta luck, I am not in any way the famous football player, or do I send her a quick thank you response in hopes it will lift her spirits a little more?
What I would like to do is try to find his actual email address and forward this along. Anyone care to help find his real email??
If this ever gets to Jonathan Hay the footballer, then i just want to say thankyou for your courage and honesty in your interview on the football show. After hearing your story and the comment you made along the lines of "I can't believe that there are people out there that just want to bring you down", I sobbed for relief and despair. Relief that I am not the only one who has had an experience that brought me to the same conclusion, and despair for the fact that there are such evil people out there. When you try your hardest to be compassionate and kind to people, it's hard to comprehend that there are people out there that are so consumed by jealousy that they will do anything to bring you down. It was a very rude awakening for me when I was forced to realise this fact, and I am still trying to come to terms with it! I try to stop myself from feeling victimised, but it's hard enough dealing with with depression and anxiety, let alone people who want to kick you when your'e already down. Anyway, I have no idea what website I am pouring my heart out on, but I hope it reaches you just so you know that I don't know completely what you're going through, but I can understand the mental torture and the daily struggle. I guess it's nice to know that there are good souls out there, it just seems that the senstitive, good hearted ones are the tortured souls. You just have to keep fighting and surround yourself with people you can trust. Take care and Thankyou for making me feel like I'm not alone.
