Good luck catching him... again, my timeless offer, if you want help beating him, I have a couple blunt objects that could be put to good use.
 
The next time he calls tell him you're busy taking a dump and he's interrupting you from squeezing a big one off. Gag and cough and let him know how gross the brown submarine is that you just let drop.

If that doesn't work, call the cops. They can put a trace on the phone.

if you really want to mess with them, do *69,
then go to ALta Vista or some similar site with a reverse lookup capability that will give you the name and address of the person calling.
then call the police, call the telephone company and report them (even though they won't do anything, you get it on the record),

then call the person up and when they answer the phone (assuming it is the same voice), address them by their first name, tell them you know where they live, and that you have friends that will rip his lungs out for kicks if he calls again.

i did this, and the nasty calls stopped promptly!
 
Call the police, and tell them you have information about a child molester, and ask them to get a warrant on the guy. They can find out his name/number by looking it up at the switching station...

if you really wanna get after him, call your phone company and tell them you wanna trap on your line. next time he calls, call the phone campany and tell the the time that they called and they can tell you what the number is. then go to the cops

so you cant do a star *69
You could do a *57 to call trace that reports him to the phone company if its a real problem and you call the police.
 
You don't need to have a trace to get his phone number, you can call your phone company and report him, they can get his phone number.
