You need to post this log file on something like the spywarewarrior forums---they have a special forum section for just that.
And they have expert log file readers who will come---usually within a day or so to read the log file and take you step by step through removing anything that shows.---just google spyware warrior forums.
 
Ditto to the looks clean.

You should, however, update your Java for security reasons. The newest version is 1.5.0_10 - you have ver. 1.5.0_04

Download JRE Update 10 from here: http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

Close programs, especially browsers.
Uninstall your Java (JRE) through Add/Remove Programs.
Reboot your computer.
Install the update that you downloaded.
