1. This guy explains why the stock might be on the way to zero.
2. On Feb. 8, three brokers lowered their rating for MCOM.
3. The company says if they don't get more funding beyond the second half of this year, they won't be able to continue operations. Essentially, they are going to burn up half a billion dollars in the next 6 months.
4. In the last three months, they have lost over $3,300 for every single customer they have.

I don't think 2 more reasons are going to matter.
