visit a doctor what you spend on a visit and a perscription hopefully will balance out with what you don't miss at work .

Lost time on the job because of non treatment may cost you more.

I had that last week. It went away in a couple days but I never found out what it was.

Could be strep. Have you ever had it before? How long has it been? As stated, amoxicillin is cheap. My guess is that it's just a viral pharyngitis that will pass in a couple of days. No biggie.

Oh, and if I'm wrong, have fun with the scarlet fever.

Anyone know anything else for strep throat, as I have no insurance at th moment, switching jobs and cobra is too dang expensive.

if its strep you're going to have to see a Doctor or you will get even worse.
They give you antibiotics for it. Don't you have a clinic or something of that sort you can
go to at low cost?
