It's a Honda TL S type. 2003. I don't think it shall ever see 10 seconds. heh.

Have someone or some friends stake out the place. Once you find out who it is, have your friends carry bats and then have them knock him the fug out. Or, you can videotape him and send it to the cops which is admissable as evidence.
