I had a similar experience in high school - retard keys my car but made the mistake of running his mouth about it. One of my friends informed me to the actions of said asshat. Anyways I caught him outside between classes and confronted him about it. He said "so what if I did, what are you gonna do about it" Needless to say I proceeded to pound him senseless in front of the whole school. The best part is that I didn't get suspended and the kid had to pay restitution. BTW this genius was a 3rd year freshman when I graduated lol -- But yeah it sux you really cant have nice things in high school cuz theres always some genius asshat that thinks its funny when theyre stoned and skippin class to leave their sig on your car's paint!

So, if you have to pay for a parking pass for highschool or even college (be it $1 or $40), they must offer some sort of protection for the car? What states is this in, or is it only in certain areas/school districts? Why do they have those big signs that say they aren't responsible for stolen/damage? As far as I know, a sign doesn't absolve them of everything. BTW, I'm in California....
