SOME FVCKING OLD B!TCH HIT MY CAR!! Here's what happened. I went to staples to pick up some rubberbands well I get to staples buy them and on my way back this lady hits me pulling out of a parking lot!! I was on the main road I tried stopping and I honked at her and what not but she kept coming and I wasn't able to stop. Then I got out of my car to see if ther was any damage and there was so I asked her to pull over. Then she asked me for my registration which I took out then I asked her if she knew it was her fault she said it wasn't her fault. So I said we will let the cops decide. The cop came and took my registration and lisence. The lady that hit me told the cop that she smelled alchol on my breath!! I told the cop I had never had a drink in my life which is the truth he said he didn't belive her anyway. I was willing to take a breatalizer if the cop didn't belive me. The cop said it was her fault and gave her a citation! :|:|:|:|:|

At least her insruance will pay for damages.

Well I'm going to pick up the police report tommorow and take it to my insurance agent hopefully it won't take too long I mean I can drive the car as is the bumper is just scratched. I just don't want it to be in the shop for a long time.

I will see what could have happened if she had been charged for lying and she wasn't nearly close enough to smell my breath so how could she tell I had been drinking when I hadn't? Some people!

Actually what you should do is get back at her, since you got her information. As long as you haven't gotten rid of the info is buy a small little sampler whiskey of some kind. Print out a smiley face and tape it on the label and put haha or something like that and put it in her mail box. Actually its probably a good idea to not do this because seeing that she said you had alcohol on your breathe, she would probably take it to the cops or something. Its up to you on this one but man that would be a great site to see the look on her face if the old b*&#$ is smart enough to realize what its about.

I got the report today it doesn't say much except for the fact that its her fault. I don't think I'll get revenge cause its not worth it. I mean her insurance going up is revenge enough no?

At least there wasn't any structural damage. A bumper can be easily replaced.

WHOA! I was leaving Staples yesterday, and I saw an accident in the parking lot. Some guy was going to back in to a parking space, but some woman tried to rush and go head first into the same space. The woman's bumper corner goes crunch, but at least her headlight isn't broken. She gets out and acts all rash and uncontrollable.
I read your post and I was thinking if you're the guy I saw. You're not, but it would be damn cool if it was.
Looks like both accidents have women drivers in common. Come to your own conclusions.
