Someone help me read this chart..................please

I want to do the P4 voltage hard Mod.
I found this website has the following chart.

After reading through it, I found it rather confuse. (sorry, I never good w/ charts)
Author said

i have shorted Pin 1 to Pin 4 together to become 0 for all therefore the default voltage becomes 1.85V

But, his chart seems like a 5 pin diagram, yet he only connect 4 pin together to get 1.85V.

To keep this simple for me, I just wish to hard mod my Woody to 1.65V.
But I do not know how to connect them anymore............ I mean which pin should connect together?
