It's 20¢. You've already expended that by making this post. It's close enough. I wouldn't worry about it.

Exactly what is it that you think we can do for you?

Dude...that's the number one sign that someone hacked your Paypal account.

I would recommend closing your Paypal account, cancelling your credit cards and changing your email address ASAP! But if they have all that...then they know where you live. So you should move. And they have probably already stolen your identity and racked up several hundreds of thousands of medical bills and most likely gotten arrested using your ID. So now you have the cops and the doctors after you. Man you are screwed. That's ok..I can help. You can get the doctors paid off with a kidney and half a liver. You don't drink do you? Ahhh...fuck it if you do. Just go into their office sober. Now for the cops...cops like donuts. Can you cook donuts? No...they like the Dunkies ones. But you don't have any money because the thieves and doctors took it all. So...so you go into Dunkies wearing nothing but an overcoat. Distract the cashier by telling them that the fryer is on fire (hell it probably is) and when they go back to check, stash a half dozen donuts under your overcoat. So now you have the donuts. Head out into the parking lot where there are surely a few cops waiting. Open up your overcoat and reveal the glorious treasures within! You will be home free.

(Its paypal fees)

30 cents? That's not even worth thinking about, never mind expending the energy to make a post about it.

Since you're so concerned, perhaps you should write your state's attorney general's office. They are bound to help you.

so no one has an answer about why 30 cent negative after refunded?

i google and see several people with same problem and no one knows whats up yet.

Rudeguy already told you : "(Its paypal fees) "

Every time you make a transaction through paypal you pay them a fee. Just because you had to refund somebody doesn't mean paypal gives back their fee. I can't remember the % they take, but that's what it is.

If you're going to ask a question then at the very least read the responses.

This happened to me. After I refused to depost the money to cover the negative balance out of principle they sent it out for collections. It was less than a dollar.

Just one of a million reasons why anyone still using paypal is an idiot.

Wow, what assholes. I'm sure it's some corporate policy, but it seems they would have a cap on it, like $1.
I'm sure collection agencies love getting a request for $.24 and keeping the $.12 which is their cut.

i also heard many people boycott paypal. and heard a story about someone got pwned by paypal cause someone made a claim and he got no money on balance.. turns negative then did not pay for 1 month then they sent to agency and paid extra close to 100 or something. he lost both item and money.... a lose lose situation. buyer said never receive. paypal give buyer victory.

i think im going to leave ebay and paypal too. amazon seems not having problem.

oh and on track, wtf man?????? 35 cents nagative turns out to be paypal fee???? just for refund? thats bull! mannn paypal charge everything. money making company.
