I'm sure we could go back and forth literally all night discussing views, but when you make statements such as, "how much do you really know about saddam? how much do you know about iraq and their society?", in response to a my statement that "(Saddam is a prime example of one that doesn't believe in human harmony).", why would you expect people to take you seriously. I think you are well-intentioned, but argument just for the sake of argument isn't progressive. You can draw the simple conclusion that Saddam doesn't believe in human harmony based on the facts that; he has sole power over the nation of Iraq and decides to brutally opress his people, he invaded Kuwait for the purpose of raiding their gold reserve, he gassed countless kurdish people, he launched scud missles at Israel. I mean, the phony "anti-war" movement gives the benefit of the doubt to Saddam Hussein rather than George W. Bush. If that isn't backwards thinking then I am living in the twilight zone. *cue music*

Well, at least you acknowledge that you are in lala land, lol. The very basis that "seriously, i don't believe anything", can be proved wrong by you even typing it. You believe that you are having a conversation with "tbates757" (that'd be me). You believe many things, scary aint it!? :p

wow,

North Korea sure screwed on a pair, didnt they? I read the article on cnn about the war warning here: Cnn

I say this. Lets build them power plants, we spent money on worse things, this way they get their electricity. Then they would have NO reason to be running this thing. If they then dont turn it off, thats when we blow them to hell.

Too bad you cant build power plants like in SimCity.

Just imagine a suitcase in a plane during 9/11 had a nuke from N. Korea......i wouldnt be here talking to you guys.

Anti-war is like communism: if people behaved in an ideal way, it would work. But they don't, and it doesn't.

I think the number of people who like war are truly few in number, especially when discounting brain-washed extremists.

I think in the modern age we tend to consider ourselves so much more civilized than what occured 500, 1000, or 5000 years ago. I think that we still have got a long distance to go, and that we are much less civilized than we are willing to admit. War is a fact of human history. I don't have a vision of a peaceful world; there is always a war going on somewhere. Someone always wants something; their own version of a perfect world, and those in the way that have to be removed are a justifiable expense. It sucks, but it's human nature. And with the billions of us roaming around the only way to escape war is take away desire and free will.
