Someone dies during Jackass. Who is responsible?

Or even gets seriously injured. I watched Jackass the movie on Comedy Central, and some of those stunts were crazy. Like the one where they were drinking and bashing the golf carts, or the one where one guy attempts to walk on a tight rope over a pool of aligators.

Mind you, the legal system will try to pin it on anyone BUT the person responsible, for example, the cameraman, their parents, the area that lets them film, the spectators...

Not when someone else is going to profit from it. Two guys get hurt doing a wrestling move, it is their own fault. But two guys get hurt doing a wrestling move for money while drunk, surrounded by a production crew, someone else is also responsible.

1. The idiot who will now deserve a Darwin award
2. The producers, etc., of the show for paying said idiot.
3. The people who watch that crap and look upon those idiots as role models, encouraging the idiots to do even more outlandish and dangerous stunts to maintain their level of celebrity.

I'm not sure which is more distressing, that there are people so desperate for fame that they are willing to mutilate themselves on camera for it or that society will actually give them that fame.
