some sony laptop questions

I wanted a cheap and light laptop to carry around campus and to bring back home just for web browsing, school papers, etc., so i bought a sony PCG-Z505JS off of ebay for about $750. its supposed to be only about 3 1/2 pounds, and comes with a 650 mhz p3 and only 128mb ram. it says max ram is 256, but does anyone if thats in one stick? and what kind of memory would that kind of laptop take? i don't really want to spend too much on the ram because i'm also hoping to get an addon wifi card or something that can access wireless networks. is a pcmia wifi card the best route? and how much would the ram and wifi card cost roughly (if i bought it off of ebay or the fs/t forum)?

it will take either pc100 or pc133 ram. max 256 means total, not just in 1 stick. laptop ram is uber cheap so you shouldn't be paying anymore than $30 on a stick of 128. i don't know sh!t about wireless, maybe someone else can help.

alright it seems like i'll be fine with pc100 or pc133, because 133 will run underclocked i believe. but i still need to find out about the wifi.
