but we can ignore that actually. IF you are released from prison should a person still pay for there crimes? what about murder? what about thieft? what about jaywalking? Or a DUI?

I think its a bad idea and am against it 100%

So it's pretty simple...don't have sex with a minor under the age of 16.

I see no problem with a "scarlet letter" brazen upon these blights of humanity.

You don't want shiny new green plates, or your face and name plastered all over the net for all to see via Google and the stigma of being a sex offender then do not screw kids, and do not repeatedly rape.

funny, my friends son got sent to prison for 3 f*cking years for boning his 17 year old girlfrind when he was 19. a life totally ruined. :|

Her parents pushed the issue then....so if the girls parents don't like you and/or you are over 18, keep it in your pants.

I am seriously of the opinion that white-collar crime should be punished more severely.
