Great analysis:

But I find there are some inconsistency about diagram and table, for example:

GPU Workload, both tegra3 and z2760 average power consumption should be smaller than 400mw, and Z2760 slightly smaller than terga3, but on the final table, 1432mW vs 488mW ,that's a huge difference.

Power Consumption Comparison
Surface RT W510 Surface RT (CPU) W510 (CPU)
Idle 3.182W 2.474W 70.2mW 36.4mW
Cold Boot 5.358W 3.280W 800mW 216mW
SunSpider 0.9.1 4.775W 3.704W 722mW 520mW
Kraken 4.738W 3.582W 829mW 564mW
RIABench 3.962W 3.294W 379mW 261mW
WebXPRT 4.617W 3.225W 663mW 412mW
TouchXPRT (Photo Enhance) 4.789W 3.793W 913mW 378mW
GPU Workload 5.395W 3.656W 1432mW 488mW

Another example: TouchXPRT (Photo Enhance)

From diagram above, Tegra3's average consumption should be below 1000mw, on the table it is 913mw, that's OK, but the table says Z2760 average is just 378mw while from the diagram I estimate more than 600mw.

Am I right?

Are you estimating using math or some hand wavy math? If I used hand wavy math for the last diagram it looks like its off half the time and when it's on it's at 800mW. That puts my estimate at 400mW.

It looks like power use is fluctuating very rapidly in those graphs. I don't think its easy to eyeball the correct averages without the raw data.

I think you are right about the GPU workload. Even the peaks don't reach 1.4W, so how can it be 1.4W in average?

But with second graph, Clover Trail finishes faster so it has points of idling at the end which will help in the numbers too. That doesn't seem wrong.

If I had to guess, it was the sum of CPU and GPU power. The below is the missing GPU half.
