Some questions about A7N8X Deluxe BIOS. Tips welcome!

I upgraded my system (from i815e (CUSL2) and PIII750EB) to A7N8X. I have several questions about BIOS:

1)What is the purpose of AGP spread spectrum? What setting recommended for best performance?
2)Same question but for CPU spread spectrum
3)What is GateA20. What does it do?
4)Should i lock my AGP bus at 66 mhz, or keep at at auto? I havent overclocked anything, so the bus should be synchoniously set to 66mhz, right?
5)Most confusing aspect: the AGP aperture size. I have the GF 2 GTS (old, i know). Because its pretty slow (compared to 2days standards) i left the field set to 64mb. Please advise.
