Some question about painting case.

1. Is it neccesary to sand the metal/plastic b4 painting?
2. I just bought a can or primer paint and thats the color i wanted.
I'm probably gonna put 2-3 layer of primer and could i just leave it at that?

I you want it to stick and or bond you better sand it.

i used contac paper...go to home depot, they have a huge selection...i got black with white marbling and it looks awesome!
