Some problems, PSU related?

So I have a turbolink 420w psu (came with my case). On the 12v it puts out 18 amps.

My system is:
2.6c
1 gig pc3200
asus p4p800se
6600gt
60 gig maxtor
80 gig maxtor
sony dvd drive
lite on dvd-rw drive
audigy 2

Durring the last week, my system has become very unstable. It wont wake up from the screen saver half the time. I keep getting critical errors when playing Americas Army. Also, the performance while gaming has declined. It will just lock up (screen freezes) at random times while surfing the web or on the desktop.

Does this sound like a PSU issue? Am I correct to believe that my PSU is not powerfull enough for my current system (even if the problem turns out to be something else?).

Thanks.

That's a possibility.

Have you run memtest on your ram? That's an easy test to run to try to eliminate ram as the problem.
