Chemisty help please. How to determine greater mass?
The questions are like this.

1. Which has a greater mass one mole of carbon or one mole of chromium?

2. Which has a greater number of atoms, 40.0 grams of calcium or 100.0 grams of gold?

3. A 0.500 mole sample of an unknown metal has a mass of 43.81 grams. What metal is it?

4. Which has a a greater mass, 0.250 moles of mercury or 4.00x10(exponent 23) atoms nickel.

Um, what? These aren't "I can't do the math, I need help" problems. These are "will you do my homework?" questions. Come on, this is high school chemistry - and you're looking at the periodic table for answers, at that.

If you can't figure out really easy stuff like that on your own you deserve the F.

Heh I'd figure it out myself before I'd type the questions off the worksheet (assuming this is paper).

Definition of a mole.

4 1/2 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 ounces dark chocolate, chopped (Hershey Special Dark, it has a sweetness that mellows the sauce)

I don't know how to convert 1 unit of that into metal though.

Man if you need help with basic math like this you are truly screwed in chemistry.
