Nope. Compare the stats of drivers over 65 to drivers under 21. No contest.

The fines did not seem excessive. They seem about right. We dont have a curfew where I live. Each state is allowed to make their own laws for driving. If teens under 18 do not like it they can always refuse to get a drivers license. A drivers license is not a right, it is a privelige.

I dont know if I agree with the curfew. They could be babysitting and come home late or something like that. Teens sometimes work in the evenings and then they need to come home.
