When I went back in 2002 for my High School reunion I was AMAZED at how lax security was at the base. When I was in the USMC air wing we had HIGH fences with concertina wire along the top. around Whiteman (Where the Stealth Bombers are!) they had regular fencing maybe 3.5 / 4 feet high...:Q
