When I was there I thought it was an A4. They look very similar.
 
It is an A4. Instead of 5 points do you have higher resoloution pictures I could use as wallpaper?

Yeah, they do look similar, but I saw it was a two-seater and immediately thought knew it was a trainer.

Not all of the pictures are clear at high res. Some of them look blurry at the full res, but are sharp when I rescale them.

Which pictures did you want?

Some of the A-4's had 2 seats also when they were used as trainers (TA-4's)

I guess I will believe it is a T-45. Looking around the TA-J4 canopy opens different, but they sure do look the same.

Heh, at McGuire on a normal day I'd imagine ALL you'd see is cargo planes!

I have pics of cargo planes, I just didn't post them because I'm out of space on bbzzdd.

There was only 1 helicopter there this time, a Blackhawk. No B-1, only a B-52, a B-25, and a B-17.

Yeah, my tip is to take LOTS of pictures. I took over 500 pictures and only a handful came out looking good. It was cloudy for most of the day on Saturday, so the pictures were blown out and dull looking. Others were out of focus, some others have problems with exposure, camera shake, dust on the lens, etc.

Other than that, just do the basic things like take pictures of what looks good. It's always good to have the sun to your back if possible, although when you're at an airfield you can't get around to the other side of the displays.

The base seems dead to me. It used to be a booming place, but they partially shut down Fort Dix/McGuire a while back. Now they're open but it's not what it used to be.
