Some photos from our recent holiday in Tasmania

I like the curved line of the footprints in Sanddunes.
That's an impressive view in SeaCliffsEaglehawkNeck, but bummer the left is shaded by a cloud.
nice scenery, and nice photos 😉

what is the proper way to expose for the the sky and the scenery? do you need a CPL filter? i don't do much landscape shots, but i find that when i expose for the scenery, the sky is blown out. but if i expose of the sky, the scene is dark. i tried to pick a shutter speed in between of exposing the two and it works ok for now. but its something i need to learn and figure out so any pointers will be helpful. thanks

You can either look into HDR or get a graduated neutral density filter.

Cheers folks 🙂

Photos were very much 'holiday snaps', had no time to set anything up or plan anything at any stage, so I was delighted to come away with some stuff that gives you at least a taste of how stunning Tasmania is!
