I like the curved line of the footprints in Sanddunes.
That's an impressive view in SeaCliffsEaglehawkNeck, but bummer the left is shaded by a cloud.
nice scenery, and nice photos ;)

Very nice! I'd be going to Hokkaido Japan end of the month, wish my photos will turn out half as good.

what is the proper way to expose for the the sky and the scenery? do you need a CPL filter? i don't do much landscape shots, but i find that when i expose for the scenery, the sky is blown out. but if i expose of the sky, the scene is dark. i tried to pick a shutter speed in between of exposing the two and it works ok for now. but its something i need to learn and figure out so any pointers will be helpful. thanks

You can either look into HDR or get a graduated neutral density filter.

Cheers folks :)

Photos were very much 'holiday snaps', had no time to set anything up or plan anything at any stage, so I was delighted to come away with some stuff that gives you at least a taste of how stunning Tasmania is!
