ummm i enjoy watching fear factor, and i know for a fact that before you actually WATCH the stunt be performed, joe explains EXACTLy what is going to happen in the stunt. he could have changed the channel if he thought it was too disgusting.

i hope this guy loses and has to pay all the court fees himself. this is just ridiculous.

I'm thinking about suing him b/c his lawsuit makes me so sick and is crazy and from my point of view. In fact it is making me throw-up as well an another in the house at the same time! My suit will add that, "Austin Aitken is sending the wrong message to the county that cash can make or have people do just about anything beyond reasoning (sic) and in most cases act like a total dolt."

i hope Fear Factor pays its lawyers a large amount of money and swamps this tool with paperwork. Like when big guys sue little guys, loads of paperwork work wonders
 
What is the big deal about eating rats. People in some parts of the world eat rats all the time. This guy needs to grow up. There is nothing disgusting about eating rats.

We need to hope that Fear Factor countersues for wrongful litigation or whatever it is. I don't know the law well, but I know why that one was made up, and this is it.

if anything fear factor could use this as a marketing strategy...putting all kinds of disclaimers before a stunt...sort of like when you tell a kid not to do soemthign they will do it..
